- For Veterinarians: We collect your professional location to enable your discovery by nearby Farmers and Pet Owners.
- For Farmers and Pet Owners: We collect your location when you search for veterinary services to identify and display the closest available Veterinary Professionals.
2. How We Use Your Information
a. Provide Services: We use the information we collect to provide and improve the services offered through the App, including managing farmer profiles, tracking livestock, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and delivering personalized content and recommendations.
b. Service Discovery and Mapping: We use location data to power the “Find a Vet” marketplace feature. This involves:
- Calculating the distance between a service requester and a service provider.
- Displaying the professional location of Vets on a map to facilitate appointment requests.
- Verifying the location of farm visits for clinical and billing accuracy.
c. Communications: We may use your contact information to communicate with you about your account, appointments, service updates, promotions, and other relevant information related to the App and our services.
d. Analytics: We may use aggregated or anonymized data for analytics purposes to understand user demographics, usage patterns, and trends, which helps us improve the App’s functionality, performance, and user experience.

a. Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, processing payments, delivering services, or performing other business functions on our behalf. The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete it.
