Vet Mkononi - Account & Data Deletion Request
What happens when you delete your account:
- Deleted data: Your personal profile, farmer/client lists, livestock records, and farm visit history will be permanently removed from our servers.
- Kept data: We retain certain financial transaction records for 5 years to comply with legal and accounting regulations.
- Processing time: Deletion requests are processed 7 days.
If you wish to delete your account and associated data from Vet Mkononi, you can do so on the app settings page, follow the following steps.
Steps:-
- Navigate to Settings Tab
- Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner, select Delete Account
- You will be shown a delete screen asking you to confirm if you are sure you want to proceed with account deletion.
- If sure, click Yes, delete my account, you will be be required to fill your password in order to complete the process.
